many things happened over the wkend … studied digital signal processing, studied power engg design, studied power apparatus n sys protection..hmm..ok..maybe not so many things..but in all those times of desperation, one can always turn to external motivation..thus, the need for supps… mwhahaha~

had many a good food on fri night..well my aunt’s leaving for home on mon n i already hv something on on sun n sat..so long beach it was..in IMM. its like been pretty long since i went there it seems, the whole open air carpark is GONE..sll thats left is some construction site..guess everyones expanding..

chilly crab.. the highlight of the evening..ever wondered how a crab can be so chilly when its actually piping hot?.. (den would go “if i din know u had 3 bros, i’d think u were an only child…” -_-”‘)

played a pathetic mahjong game with the rest after the dinner..orta had this feeling that nobody wanted to play except me..well..PISS OFF~

sat was another day of food..finally, after a long long 3 months, mr gm made a special appearence..seems to hv the same mentalityas… U, KS… haha.. starting a sideline (oorrh, no wonder nvr jio us out anymore..).. guess thats the way to make it big in the near future anyways ..companies aren’t handing out welfare packages for workers anymore..

qw, is my classmate. he is very good. sometime i sleep in lect, he will wake me up. sometime he sleep in lect, i will wake him up. sometime i do not wan to wake up. so i write DND~ “Do Not Disturb” on post it note.

after i write DND on post it note, i put on prominent place for him to so so he do not disturb me. it work. he no disturb me sleeping. but he take photo n disturb me after i wake up.

ok .. its been only a few days..but i guess the pressure’s getting to everyone. it seems almost everyone we know in sch seems to be celebrating the “victory” of jiahui getting a job.(or rather cursing on the inside) WAD THE HELL… its just a job..wads the big fuss?!?!? i still hope to be able to go somewhere b4 i start work..we’ll see hw it goes i guess..no fun travelling alone anyways..

well..its finally here..job hunting. went to the career fair on wed. they had like tons of jobs in the semiconductor industry..only one problem..i dun wanna work in clean rooms.. well got an sms from jh..he’s interview went thru..3 interviews in one one day..well..now all he’s gotta do is pass the exams and a job’s waiting for him at the finish..well..the good thing is.. there’s one less competitor for the elec enggr job in kbr..hmm..maybe i’m putting too much hope in kbr..oh..incidently..jovan n suru were there for the interview also .. dunno if they got it…

and heres the official count … 3 a4 notepads (2 of which from british american tobacco..yup applying for a management position there).. 1 very thick note book from dsta.. 4 post cards.. 2 post-it note pads.. 2 ball point pens.. 1 synthetic leather hp pouch from DSO..a letter opener cum ruler from toyota..a paper clip container with 10 paperclips also from DSTA..AND no replies yet … guess its still early

alright backdated post..this was on thurs. i think i endulged a bit again.whahaha.went to get my attachment cert and came across this in the carpark.

so cool.. FLOWER POWER.. btw..dun be fooled..its a small car..but its an MG..dun play play. had like another 45min to waste after collecting the cert. went to the hill top cafe, a nice change from the usual canteen.

they had vietnamese coffee. looks good ah.. until qw took the top off without realizing that there was still coffee in the top compartment. his phone got wet. it din spoil though..the wonders of the K750i..mwahahaha~u can see the coffe on the top right corner of the pic..

was feeling kindda nostalgic. this reminds me of thailand. i just had to get it..ah yes.. the wonders of the thailand bottle..u never really know where its been to..(if u know wad i mean)..always told myself to use a straw..collin enlightened me though.. “shouldnt the residue of where ever its been hv settled in the bottom of the bottle?” -_-”…thanks many many leh..

in less than an hour, students from eee will join others from around the faculty. and we will be launching the largest battle in the history of fyp. FYP….that word should have new meaning for all eee students today. we can’t be consumed with our petty differences anymore. we will be united in our common interests. perhaps, it’s fate, today is the sixth of march, and we will once again be fighting for our freedom. not from tyranny, oppression or persecution. but for our ‘A’s. we’re fighting for our right to be recognised…to live..to stand a chance in getting high paying jobs in future. should we win the day, the sixth of march will no longer be known as just any other day. but as the day when the fourth year eee students declared in one voice “we will not go quietly into the light…we will not vanish without a fight! we’re going to live on! we’re going to survive! today is the day, we hand in our FYP REPORTS!” (que music….)

that was me.. giving that speach outisde the lecturers office this morning.. waiting for the doors to open so we can be freed.. freed from the stress of fyp.. for today is the day when i finally get my wednesdays and fridays for doing other stuff. I’M DONE WITH FYP!!!~

well i’m back. din get to go really. prob just rot at home for today. was supposed to go out for dinner with old SIA acquaintances. i cancelled out on them. mwahahaha. orh. jer if u’re reading this . urm . bleah~ haiz. career fairs. a true sign to the end of my study life. could be te reason y i dun wanna go. cant seem to be facing the truth. kindda like the illusion placed before me now. although if i had the power, i’d tweak some graphics..if u know wad i mean. ah well. we shall see wad come along. sorta toying with the idea of this job on an oil rig. some american company. its like 40% go.. 60% stay right now..since ppl i know seem to be wanting so egarly to leave the country, wad reason hv i got to stay. march 15th.. we shall see if i’m good enough for the job then..in the meantime..
